hey, im traveling to hong kong in a month to ride, the streets are extreamly busy and i want brakes to be on the safe side...not looking for a straight cable tho, so does anyone know how to simplify this for me and give me the main points on what size bit and what sized punch i need to drill a gyro tab hole on the headtube, what do these numbers even mean?, my local bmx specific bike shop doesnt even know but i have access to his drill press....fitbikeco sent me the mappings for where to drill in my wifi frame.....any knowledge will help, thanks.Photo

S&m/fit do not make brake mounts with gyro tabs
Find another company that makes gyro tabs and email them asking the size

The numbers on the left are the locations of the holes relative to the top of the top tube
One is .850 inches, the other is .3165 from the first one
The number on the left are the hole diameter (.128) and the other is saying that the thread type is m4 x .7

So what I am getting is that you measure .850 from the top and drill a .128" hole and at .3165 down from the first hole
The n you use a m4 x .7 tap to thread the holes
