empire, dans, albes

Dans is my favorite (ive only ordered from empire once and hardly ever buy new parts though). like you said they have good prices and alot of parts and i can usually always get a free shipping code and they also ship really fast. the last time i ordered from them i chose standard shipping and got my stuff in a day so that was a huge plus and as far as customer service goes i never had any problems with it aside from being on hold for maybe 5 minutes it was good

I've only ordered from albes and dans idk i don't like them i hate ordering stuff though because it feels like it takes forever ordering i hate waiting though and no bike shops are near me so i have to order parts if i want them lol

I've ordered from all three and dans is definitely the fastest/most reliable but I still prefer to support empire because they're g as fuck and actually support bmx and are rider owned. The one time I made an albes order they were slow as shit to send my order and the shipping was waay high.

I've used them all. Dans is my favorite because where its located usually means I get my package next day, plus their sites really easy to use and gives good information on the parts. Albes confuses me and empire doesn't have as much detail. I've never had a problem with any of them, and I always go to albes for spokes because I don't feel like calling dans to order them. I've gone to empire and albes for parts that dans was out of stock on too but that's usually it. I can usually find amazing deals on Amazon too
