so i got a 2015 tom dugan signature complete. Everything thing is awesome except the bars keep slipping. Sanded the bars and stem where they meet, still slipped. took the paint off the knurls and used a utility knife to make x's in the stem and used some foil, and tightened them all the way, and they still slip. Any suggestions? Its redic to think that when i had my sunday freeze stem, bars never slipped.

tighten them correctly.

If it doesn't work : new stem (if there is no knurling on the bars get new ones)
I'm gonna need bigger bars

Give it some break in time, when I had my Colony Squareback TL and Cult Leader v2's they slipped, just pack the bolts with grease, be careful with your bolt heads and the 6mm allen key, and tighten it a really good amount.
but then again, does the knurling feel rough, or smooth?
