Its just a frame. It has no gussets tho. I wouldnt get it.

Hoffman Bama and Redline Device G7 don't have gussets... yet they're incredibly strong frames.

Still wouldn't get this frame though, too sketchy.

They're just covering the Brake mounts, they come with most Frames with Welded Mounts. They are put on when the Frames painted so the Brake Mounts don't get painted and the Brake Caliper doesn't move well.
