How do you oil or lubracate the hub and what type of oil should be used and where would I find the stuff. Obviously I don't know how to do it.

use like motor oil or car oil just dont get super thick stuff like 90 weight

so just take it apart and slap that oil in there?

Dont use oil.
Use grease.
Just take it apart, clean everything off, then slab some grease on them.

what kind of grease?

go to your bike shop and ask them.. you mainly want to grease the clutch (inside and outside of it) and the driver because that is where the most friction occurs and make sure you get axle too. and dont over grease it because then it wont catch and your stem will get a nice piece of knee if you know what i mean lol
