hi i just got a freecoaster and when i roll back sometimes the crank moves how can i alter the tension or slack on the freecoaster thanks

what coaster did you get if its a reverse or any v1 you have to take the hub apart. if and astern or v2 there is an allen key in the non drive side. you also have to back pedal to disengage

new one has externally adjustable slack
old you have to take the locknuts off and the driver and all and remove/add washers, in your case probally remove.

and sometimes if you dont roll forward enough or give your cranks a little kick back, the clutch wont fully disengage so they backped on you (or at least thats what i found to happen)
