What is a good solid helmet l? I'm looking into the pro-tec street lite but want more options. My budget is nothing more than 60.

Bern Brentwood. Certified and comfy. It also has a built in visor and can be converted to a snowboard/winter helmet.
I also have a certified S-One but it's not comfortable at all.

I got the TSG Dawn helmet (it's full cut)
First impressions :
Very comfortable on the head, the ear pads don't squeeze your ears and the pads are nice and soft.
Mine came in black with a spare pair of pads so I put the thickest pads on the inside for extra comfort.
It is fully certified too.

I highly recommend the Bell Segment from personal experince, but i have heard great things about the TSG Dawn from a homie who wears one everyday. honestly might get one this winter.

I have the Lazer Armor, I got it for 60 on the dot off Amazon. Certified and LIGHTER THAN MY OLD PROTECT NON-CERTIFIED. Also has more vents.

I run a Protec Classic full cut but a lot of dudes run S-1 since they're certified helmets. I'd go with one or the other
