can i keep the same hub and spokes and change my rim without needing to buy new spokes?

you can if the rim is needs the same spokes as the other. What hub and rim were you using before? and which one are you switchen too?

Second this. Providing the two rims have the same diameter you will be fine.

Not just diameter, they need the same ERD.
Two rims could have the same Diameter, but different ERD's.

Best bet, go to your local shop and find out for sure, or call Dan's or something.
