What do you mean exactly by high and low spots?

the tire tire wall is higher in some places and barely visible in others

Inflate your tire.

ive done that but it doesnt change a thing and when you ride it spins unevenly

basically I remounted the tire onto my rim about 10 times today and keep winding up with low/high spots where the bead is either very low (concealed from view by rim sidewall) or too high - this looks like a really bad series of vertical hops when you spin the wheel.

Sounds like you might have a bad tire. Return it for a different one. At least you didn't bash Odyssey for finding one bad tire.

Sounds like the bead is not seated well. Let the air out and try spraying a little windex on the bead or even some rubbing alcohol (dries fast), and then airing it back up. Sometimes a little moisture will help it slip into place.

That's really weird I've never seen that before. Are you rims ok? Is the inner tube twisted?

I think maybe tho them tires are just fucked, not sure.
