I can 180 bar and 3 on flat pretty much every try but trucks I cant figure out how to do I can do them over a box jump or a spine but I cant do hop trucks does anyone have tips to do them

When you can't get em like that and you can do those, the best thing to do is find a mellow bank and try to rotate more and more past 270. Then take em to flat. If you have trouble getting the spin, pop HIGH. Youknow when you do a high hop bar spin? Pop like that and spin in it. Sometimes it helps to think of the spin as a slower rotation than normal. You can even bus drive the bars in it if it helps. That's an easier habit to break than under rotating.
