Alright bro,since no one else will give you the right advice,here it goes:do a monster hop...like the biggest hop you can do,and use the push off to kick both legs to the side(whatever feels natural for you)then while keeping your eyes on the pedals,slap your feet on the pedals real quick and stuff.tip#1(when doing no footed cans,it seems to help if you touch both feet together,to get them back on the pedals quicker)tip#2(remember to look at the pedals when getting back on them,same goes for whips....the body follows the head)

If you can't do them on a flyout or jump, don't try to hop em.
