i was tightening my chain and when i tightened the lock nuts back up my driver was completely locked up so i took the cone nut off and found out that it was stripped and was pushing against the bearing and locking it all up. My bike is a haro 500.1 and the hub is no particular brand so I'm not sure what cone nut will work??

If it's generic, it's usually pretty hard to find hub hardware unless it's like Odyssey or Joytech stuff.

Not sure where you'd get one. but when my cranks spindle was stripped i used a tap to fix te threads. if its not too bad id try using that. If that doesn't work, check your local bike shop they might have a spare one that'd fit. If the hub is loose ball bearings then most other cone nuts for loose bearings should fit because they're almost all the same.
