A dab of rubbing alcohol works great as well, and evaporates quickly.

WD40 or Zipties is what I use. If the grips are going on for the 3rd or 4th time I use spraypaint so they wont get throttle grip. Spraypaint eats through grips though.

I use hairspray. Just a little dot of it and put it on fast and it goes on easy and stays there. Worked perfect on every grip but Deluxe. My Shovelhands slide down the bars and I can't fix it. sad

I use Redline Flight locking grips.

They go okay with my Redline Flight.

They come off and on easy and don't twist.

I know everyone hates them on this forum.

as brandonfranke said, the ziptie method works great as does spray paint.

and as ohio said, the hairspray works too

i've also used elmers spray glue. holds tight but takes 2 hrs or so to dry

I just use hot water, it makes them come straight off if you need to get them off and straight on if you need to put them on, and it only takes about an hour to dry.

Should have had a few girl's pop out of nowhere and start mauling you right after you sprayed it.

|

I've always used the ziptie method. And for getting grips off, I've always used WD-40.

Depends on how much you spray but not very long, my grips were ready to roll within 10 or 15 mins maybe less I was pretty high when I made that video

Not compared to other locking grips. They're actually one of the least expensive.

They're about 50% more than non locking grips but so much less hassle than using hairspray, spray paint, zip ties, etc...
