sorry was not me I have my password saved to my laptop and all you have to do is enter my name and you can log in and I don't know how to delete forums

You can use pretty much anything, depends how big you need it. Just make sure it's long enough that the whole thing doesn't disappear up there. It's not fun trying to get them out....

Mutant bikes do a peg with built in hub guard so you won't accidentally get it lost.

make sure it is full Chromoly and/or fully sealed...

Use a bearing press to ensure proper/full seating
