I'm 6 feet tall and run a 21 inch top tube frame.
Whatever you are comfy on.
I know a guy who is 6 foot 8 riding a 21.25 frame.

im as tall as you and i ride a 20.85 top tube and it feels awesome, my old frame was 20.8 and i don't feel the diference, i would get anything between 20.6 and 21, but for me, the perfect size is 20.8
