Get a fit wifi complete, sunday broadcaster complete, or cult butter complete. All 3 are great aftermarket frames made into relitively cheap completes so as you get better you can slowly upgrade and have a great frame that you won't have to get rid of. If you insist on getting a cheap frame, the geo on the fit marv frame http://www.danscomp.com/products-FRAMES/211822/Fit_Marv_Frame.html looks pretty good, and its still somewhat cheap compared to most of the frames.
