is the 2014 Diamondback Grind a good bmx ? i just started riding but i have a GT and its pretty bad.I can already bunnyhop and 180 on a quarter.

What's your budget?

for around 400-500 you'll get a really good WeThePeople/Fit/Sunday complete

With the '13 Arcade you're getting hi-ten bars and forks, and only a chromoly downtube. How big/small are you? Do you think your riding is progressing quickly? The Arcade is a beginner bike, so if you're starting to get better you may want to find a bike with chromoly forks and bars so they don't bend too easily later on when you get better.

Well, chainreactilncycles ships to estonia right? Chain has this stolen score 2013 for 375, it used to be 625. Chromo everything, sealed everything, double wall. Best bike in europe for that price.
