my front wheel is over 2 years old, and the hub is really worn out (barely spins, skips..i think the bearings are worn out)
if i tighten my front peg to a normal amount, the wheel won't even spin. i did a smith girnd and the fork dropouts bent a little while the front wheel completley untightened.
should i just not do smith grinds and wait to get a new front hweel?

Sounds like your inner hub spacer (or bearing shoulders on axle if no tube spacer) or cone nuts are crushed or damaged. You could probably collect the bearings and hardware needed if that's the case

You need some new forks too though, running a bend dropout will wear your hub shell out (where the bearing seats are), and bending it back is asking for future failure
