i snapped two spokes today and when i was putting them back i noticed that the seam of the rim (gsport rollcage) seemed cracked. although i don't think it's cracked, just to make sure, here is how the seam looks. the rim is like 1 month and a half old and when i true it there is a small movement to the left side in the seam (which is impossible to true), but maybe this is common in welded seams?

idk what you mean by that but here's what mine looks like Photo

if you meant does it wobble back & forth like it's out of true in that area, then no but if I rub my finger along the rim's wall I can feel a slight bump

Nope. Just not welded right there. And you probably have a strange spoke tension thing going on in your rim. That's all!

okay thanks for the help, and about the small movement/hop in the seam, i don't think that it's because the spoke tension in the aerea, because the wheel is really true, the only area that is "out of true" is the seam, which does a quick movement to the left and goes back to the true position after leaving that area, i know it's impossible to fix, but i wanted to know if this is common in welded seams
