in january 07 when i got my sunday frame i still had stock haro forks which were to a standard headset and it worked with my frame

it will work, you'll just need to buy an integrated headset.

yeah it will work. you will have to change the bearing race, though. if you dont, the bearings wont fit right, and everything will jiggle.
