just got surgery

Yup, Doctors always say no lol. I've had reconstructive surgery on my shoulder. I still ride. Well not much atm because i now have nerve damage because they fucked up the surgery angry I might have to have surgery again to sort out the Nerves & i can guarantee the doctors will tell me to keep off my bike. When i go to the physio i will build up muscles in my upper body again & i KNOW the physio will say yeah go for it just don't Huck yourself down 10 sets lol.

Should be fine when your all healed up, listen to your own body tho you'll know when you get back on the bike an see how it is.

let it heal first. I have a metal plate in my collar bone. its getting taken out at the end of summer.

XD well i been watching edits and building all my friends wheels at the monment and building a new bike to make up for the time but hope im still as good as i was before on the bike :/

Me and you have something in common, my shoulder is pretty messed up well was it had been coming out of place for the past 6 years, it's been good for almost a year now after physical therapy, you should look into plasma treatment where they directly inject plasma into the effected area I heard it's like a miracle might be trying to get it myself if I have anymore issues
