So you still believe Laird's "L" is a 'hidden' inverted cross? You know, it's better to be mistaken than to continue being paranoid about anything that resembles an inverted cross. It's all in your head. You've looked too far into things and it's screwing with your logic.
I've been around art for a long ass time. That L is not an inverted cross; not intentionally.
Here's an art lesson:
Laird likes to weld. He's very good at it. He's so confident in his skills that he starts his own company based entirely on welding shit together. Mr. Laird now wants a logo for his new company. He finds an artist to design his new logo. Mr. Laird wants a design that reflects his welding skills. And so the artist pulls out his sketch book and starts to bust out cool designs based off the concept of welding. Sparks flying and shit. Laird likes it and goes with it. Artist did a good job. The end.

The red font "Laird Frame" is exactly how I would have done it if I wanted letters to look like sparks flying too. The dude that drew it intersects the lower case 'e' at the end just the same as the 'L' in the beginning. (lots of intersecting going on) It just so happens that poor letter 'L' has the most potential in resembling an "inverted cross".
I say again, if he wanted some satanic shit, he would have done it. It's all in your head bro.
