Ok so don’t make fun of me but I got a new fork and couldn’t get it on then got mad, took the top part of the stem off then put it on the fork a little bit the slammed it into the ground until it was on. I got it on but now I need it off to put it on the bike. Any ideas?Photo

Screwdriver in between the slot. Twist it to help spread the stem while using a rubber mallet on the underside

Step 1: cry
Step 2: put penetrating oil the stem/forks and let it sit
Step 3: put the stem in a vise forks facing up (maybe put something in between so you don't scratch the paint too badly
Step 4: twist the forks while pulling them upwards.
Step 5: wipe off any oil left over
That might work..
I've never tried it but it's just an idea no hate if it's a dumb one
