I need reviews and opinions.

So far ive rode the first ross tires, hawks and deharts. They are all too slipery.

I now have a set of shadow valors. They are almost perfect and pretty durable.

I would like something just abit more grippy.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Well the Aitken 2.45 and 2.25 are great if you want something grippier. I think you should stick to Valors though. They're the best.

I second this. Unless you were running the retarded slick ones, the Deharts are super grippy. I think you're being too picky. Stop buying slick tires? I recommend Demolition Machetes.

I like duo tires and faf's for grip

Eclat ridge stones and animal ghls both grip like mofukas, highly recommend. Fit t/as suck arse. Too much flex, piss thin sidewalls (hence their flex) and no grip. Didn't even last anything decent.

If a Hawk is too slippery for you, I got nothing. Studded tires maybe?

I've run Aitken's, Mainlines, FAFs, Grifters, and Hawks, and on concrete, the Hawks are the grippiest.

In dusty environments slicks are absolute shite, trust me aha. Ghls all the way, grip 10x better in dusty places

I don't get how Hawks could be that slippery , I've got eastern burnout slicks and they are super grippy

This.

Also if the concrete is SUPER SMOOTH and has a glossy finish, you are gonna slide around on a slick.

You're gonna slip on anything on smooth concrete. It's been my expirence Hawks suck less than other tires on super smooth concrete and steel.

Same thing with dust.

I ride steel ramps and they get mega slippy with slicks I've rode like momentums and t/as. Friends got hawks and they're much the same in my experience
