is it just me, or have there been more freecoaster riders getting some publication? i always watch the new videos that come up on the home page of vital and thecomeup, and i feel like ive been noticing more freecoaster riders which makes me stoked! not only are more people pushing the limits of freecoasters and the unique style it brings to ones riding, but hopefully this opens up more doors for the industry (more freecoaster riders go pro, get on big teams, they make new freacoasters)

i also saw that eclat is supposedly coming out with a freecoaster too! pretty hyped to see that one, seeing as its supposed to have a whole new internal system not just their shell with KHE internals

The ezra coaster is really the one to look out for. It'll probably be affordable like all ezra parts, and it uses some type of system that doesn't destroy the bearings like KHE hubs. So it'll probably be great

The eclat uses pawls, which will probably be something like the stolen coaster, which has like no slack so it kinda sucks in that regard.

This is all speculation though.

Bearings on KHE are alright if you don't use pedal pressure

Freecoster + no slack = bad Freecoaster. If you ride one, you would agree.

BJ has it, I have ridden it. INCREDIBLE. Straight up. It is the one to wait for. The eclat is interesting too, I believe the two are similar in a way.

Well, the slack is so they don't catch the second you go fakie. Pedal pressure was likely not a major issue.

This is the most ignorant comment I have ever heard... Freecoaster riders do the same exact tricks that cassette riders do, and more. Define one trick a freecoaster rider does that isn't a "real" trick
