so i found out whats wrong with my rim it was the cone...now i got a bigger problem..lol i loosened all my spokes literaly and i tightened them all back up and now my hubs lopsided..and my rims all weird and looks like its warped but idk...so how do i fix this shit? without buying another rim...even tho i have like 4 sitting here but i cant lace for shit

tighten all spokes evenly (count your turns when doing this) then if you have a little wobble true your rim

if its not too warped you can true it back. if its badly warped you may have to buy another rim. explaining how to true it back over the internet would be difficult. i suggest you find someone in person who can help you. do you have any old wheels layin around? if so you could practice with those.

it still moves just a little i loosened every spoke to were i could twist it with my fingers then finger tightened them all then used my spoke wrench and trued it and i have a halfass laced rim laying around i need more spokes lol

if you run brakes you can use them as a trueing stand thats what i do. if not then just keep at it. youll get it close enough. my rims are never straight lol.

Just take it to a bike shop. Don't mess with anything on a bike you arent sure about because this kind of stuff can happen. I learned and i'm decent at making them now.

and i fixed it man but lacing i get to frustrated with it and my shops like an hour away from where i live and i heard they cant true/lace for shit from a friend of mine
