i got this frame off a mate i just want to know the make and model the serial number is snmng09k93214 (its not s&m i already emailed them)the pic of the black frame is just it before it got rawed

is that the original paint? never mind forget i said that yeah it is.
might be a haro, or a mongoose, serial number looks like ones i've seen on them, the seattube/chainstay/tt joint looks like what they normally do too. A bike shop might be able to run a serial number to find out.

Don't think the identity of that frame should be your main concern, might wanna shorten that chain and adjust your back wheel.
