hey so i'm getting back into bmx after taking like 8 years off and need some help deciding which bike to get. I'm willing to drop $450 and found a couple decent looking bikes on Craigslist..what do y'all think?https://houston.craigslist.org/bik/5555959884.html

And do y'all think that i should just buy a complete online for that price? Thanks

Don't buy the wethepeople. It's a stock frame by the look of it, and either quite old or one of the cheaper ones. The dugan might be worth it, I don't know how much the retail for new, but it's essentially a complete bike. Google it for specs and original cost

Cool thanks for the quick reply man. one last question, do you think my money would be better spent if I just bought a complete off danscomp for about 450 maybe 500?

If you have 500 to spend then i would get a complete dude. It can be super sketch to buy off private sellers sometimes, and if you have 500 then you can get something better and new than the dugan, the dugan isnt full chromo frame (im pretty sure) and there are lots of bikes such as cult hawk sig bike that does have it, just look at bikes and parts so you get most for your money. full chromo frame, bars, forks, cranks, axles, double walled rims and fully sealed hubs will get you a pretty decent bike for starting up again. The dugan is decent apart from the frame (i think) but at the end of the day its up to you and how much $$$ you got smile thats just what i would do though so dont 100 percent go off what i say.

Just had a look at the dugan, it's not worth that. That's close to what it is new (I think, can't work in dollars) but for $400 I believe there's a few completes better than the dugan. For 500 you'll open up even more options. Browse around danscomp and you'll see something better I'm sure

Look up the flush, multiple threads recently, I've posted a lot about them myself. The frame is solid, cranks and sprocket are weak, wheels are light, but the trebol rims aren't well suited for the rear.

Both of those bikes actually look really good for the money (compared to UK prices anyway). Definitely good beginner bikes.
Do you know which foot forward you ride/what side you'd grind on? The subrosa is lhd so if you're right foot forward/grind on the right that would be ideal if you plan on using 2 pegs
