So i am currently runnin a mix of 3 different chains, which means i can justify buying a new one... And i get payed tomorrow which is too good timing to pass up on the supreme chain. So yeah, imma get one, stoked! Pre ordering it tomorrow!!

chains stretch, wear down and need to be changed regularly
i change mine every 12-18months and havent snapped a chain in like 7 years
before then i used to have frankenchains that would constantly snap and wear down at my sprocket.
i used to find kmc z510hx chains for like 12-15bucks all the time but i never do anymore so now i run the cult 510 chains. i never have chain problems and my current sprocket has been on my bike for like a year now with no wear and my last one was on my bike for like 4 years with minimal wear, the one before that was all gravy too iirc

Considering they'll be available in the US only, your gonna pay shipping out the ass on a chain that isnt even confirmed as being reliable yet. i want one too but I'm gonna wait for the second run to get some solid reviews. May even be able to see it in person since my local is on the list of dealers that will be recieving some

Nah i worked it out and it should be around £50 maybe a bit less. I willin to pay that to get one early. And you gotta have the people to see if theyre reliable for everyone else

I think the Keychain is probably better. I mean, this may be the strongest HALF LINK chain but full link is always gonna be better. Unless you have an 8 tooth driver. Then itll be better.

BS! Halflink on 8t was the worst mistake of my life. Way too much stress for that shitty design.
But mind you, everyone, this isn't like all previous halflinks. By casting the links, they have removed the bend from the design, which was the flaw with all other halflinks. I still wouldn't pay more than $20 for a chain though. KMC 410H for life.

It still has that bend in reality. Half link chains are a flawed design no matter how you manufacture them. Straight plates will be better than bent/kinked/whatever the fuck plates. There's just no need to have anything other than a straight plate. The exact same adjustment can be found in a full link chain with a single half link, and it will be stronger and more durable.

I run a new chain every six months, and re-lube it every month. Keeps down sprocket wear. I'll have to throw on a keychain and see how it wears.

Its mainly because it will go around an 8 tooth better. The full link chains are a bit gross with an 8 tooth

Idk why anyone would waste money on a shadow chain when the key chain is out and then theres the fly bikes tractor chain can't beat either of those
I rode my fly chain well over a year never snapped, ive broken quite a few shadow chains they either snap in Half or the plates open up off the pin and from the sounds of this "new one" (same junk with a little lying) the description albes had makes me thinking its gonna snap like those retarded dk chains that were super over priced

So you're going to pay around $75 USD for a chain? You high? Lol. I've never paid more than $15 for a chain and don't plan on it either, especially for something that's yet to be tried and tested. I'll stick to my walmart Z's. Haha
