so working on a creigslist bike, and going to take the paint off of the once blue anodized rim... dont know what paint, they did a shitty job on it. Ive gotta get the brake pads to catch well. sooo
advice on sanding off crap paint and polishing or rawing the rim?not sure if i could get it back to blue but i might be able too...

If i remember correctly spray paint stripper doesn't work on ano so could use that to get the other paint off.

klean aircraft paint remover work for me just let it sit for about 20 min and use a wire brush.

thanks guys i just used a 330 grit sanding sponge and wet sanded the paint off... i'll leave the anodizing... just the walls of the rim btw.
debating on weather i should do the front or not to make it match...
