i am debating on painting my frame but its got a clear sticker like coat on it because its peeling a little and u can feel behind it and its like a clear sticker.
1. do i have to peel it off
2. what type of paint should i use spray paint or what

i have no idea about the clear shit.
u can use flat spray paint. just dont b a lazy ass and do a shitty job. take ur bike apart and do it rite or it will look like shit
