punks and bmx

Nah in videos they use swag trap shit now.
I used to listen to a lot of punk, the unseen, descendents, adolescents, fugazi, pennywise, old AFI, Refused, jawbreaker, at the drive in. and a lot of screamo (Skramz).
The old bmx videos used a lot of punk i remember fbm, s&m etc. used it, road fools used a lot too. And i listen to some Sxe bands still. Oh and I like Ska, I've been into street light manifesto lately.

None of the edits I've seen awhile (not many) all have the same rap shit and that the main reason i dont watch edits anymore and Im not sure about any pros being punks I'd imagine on bonedeth there'd be someone.

Personally i wouldnt say im a punk but i do listen to it not as much as i use to though i mostly just listen to pantera and motorhead and stuff like that.

Around me the only riders that listen to punk/metal are the guya i habg out with all the other riders listen ti rap or dub step crap

the only pros that dig on it that I know of is like the bonedeth guys, and fbm, and stuff along them lines...

ska's a solid... I dig on it from time to time... mainly been digin on the folk punk... cant really picture a video goin to that


also I think it would be funny to see like flat out crusties and street punks riding especially with leathers and vests lololol

and I know that shit, ive always been referred to as one... but I never really was one, I just dig some of it

I guess I fit more of the crustie variety lately... I refused that until I was in nyc for a couple days and while flossing my teeth and an itty bitty chunk came off my tooth... so I gave permission and acceptance, though im not one lol

Leftover crack were touring last year but they cancelled the date i wanted to go to in august but i did get to see morning glory in march, their first time in the UK it was intense.

Would i self describe as a punk? I guess i dress like one and shit, always shaving the mohawk back in or doing other stuff haha.

Main stuff i listen to would be the crust punk bands, ska, older punk bands like casualties, gbh, 4skins etc.

At 21 i feel i was born a little late haha.

they "tour" as in like play a few shows in cali and nyc but they don't like tour is what I meant man... at least as far as I know/ remember, but ive been outta shit for a bit.

Most videos use something with beats. Rap, hip hop etc.

Some use rock, and the occasional punk song.

But as to "punk" and BMX, not really a big amount of a connection.

As has been said, most edits i've seen use rap songs in the background. I haven't seen anything other for a while actually.

I like punk music.. I like ALL music, but i'm definitely not a punk. I'm a bit more... I dunno. I'm just normal with crazy hair and random clothes.

I always linked punk/rock with skateboarding. I don't really know if i would link any music in particular to riding.
