Why would you want to use them for street anyway? Just buy a stronger fork designed for street use, these ones state in the description "NOTE: 170 lbs rider wt. limit. Intended for race use only!"

if the "intended for race use only" warning isn't a big enough deterrent, the 170lbs rider weight limit should be.

"Supercross Pro and Pro LT forks have proven themselves for decades as the standard which all others are judged. For 2010 the new SLT's have surpassed anything that anyone could of dreamed of. The SLT's feature a new larger Butted and Tapered Leg, a Forged Cro-mo Internal Spiral Fluted Steertube with welded in star nut, new smaller micro 1/4" thick cro-mo dropouts. full black oxide rust proofing inside and out, full post weld heat treatment, all of this with NO WEIGHT limit and weigh in at a scant 27 ounces ( 20" Fork ). Truly a Super Fork! Hence the SLT name. These forks will put up with the punishment of the skate park, the trails and are still light enough to go race in the AA Pro class"

My mistake, I was looking at the LT fork, not the SLT.

I'm still confused as to why you would want a race fork for street riding.

"light street" is a term that can fuck right off, you either ride street or you dont. All I can imagine light street being is wheelies off a curb.

Get another thing. They are designed for racing, not street, huge difference of styles.

If being race specific forks doesn't turn you off, the swiss cheese drop outs should.

On a more positive note, the specs on these forks are incredible. Wish more freestyle companies put that much work into a set of forks!
