I actually life the Nike herringbone better than the waffle especially because vans wear out in no time, Janoski's are good shoes.

I got me a pair of Lotek Fader lows last week. My first pair of Loteks and they're already my favorite pair of shoes. I was never into any of their previous lines, but they've really improved with the newest shit.. especially the grip and sole.. soles are super thick, more so on the heels. ...My previous Vans are thrashed to shit.

The janoski's are more of a skate shoe. Go Vans or Nike. But only like the Nike Mavrk or Nike Dunks cause their souls take a very long time to wear down. Vans rip really bad though.

There perfect for riding mate, I got the digital camo ones a few months ago, still good as new, I don't do any footjam stuff tho, and I normally just stomp the floor as apposed to stick my foot in the wheel for stopping.
