This. Plus 90 bucks doesn't even cover the fork buying new. Honestly I would look into it, and check the serial number. Act like you are looking at it for a friend, and grab the serial number and call the non-emergency police number locally to you to see if it is stolen. If so, let the police know. If not, BUY THAT BIKE.
