HERE is what the ns looks like now . i dunno, the frame is too small for me, its 21 inch and i am keep on smashing my knee onto the stem, since i fucked my knee up couple of months back, even a little tap on my knee hurts as someone shot me in the knee haha

Well to be honest they are two very different Bikes. So even if the LTF is pristine condition if you prefer 24" then it's probably best to keep the Capital.

A friend of mine had a Capitol, and it was the funnest bike I've ever ridden. If it were me I wouldn't get rid of it. Plus the top tube is the same on them both, so knees are gonna get smashed either way

too late, i've swapped. The only reason i have swapped is that the cap was twisted on the rear end and there was a hair thin crack on the seat tube-bb weld and one of the fork legs was bent where i have ridden pegs. Otherwise i would of kept it. Cap frame is 360 to buy so it was expensive to replace + i can do more shit on a bmx
