how do you stretch a frame? my friend has a hub guard and doesnt know how to stretch his frame, anyone know how to do it?

You just pull the rear end of the frame apart as you put the wheel in. Not difficult.

You gotta force the CS and SS apart with your hands, there's no other way. When I first got my DSG, it was a bitch and I was sweating and cussing and everything trying to stretch my dropouts but it eventually worked. But if you're trying day and night for a couple of days, then yeah, something's wrong. And running 2 hubguards on a rear hub is usually pretty hard so consider that if you plan on running 2 guards in the rear.

Get an Axle, Screw the nuts to near the middle, then put the Axle in the dropout and loosen the nuts to the inside sides of the dropouts and tighten, which will stretch out the dropouts.
