not long at all. just the right amount of time you think it needs. Don't corrode the metal.

leave it over night in if its really hard anodizing in a tick coat of it

You can always try paintstripper it might be painted not anodized.

paint stripper for paint, oven cleaner for anodizing. and depends on the hub. my ratchet was clear in 3 minutes, my marm took like 10, and my simple eject took like an hour

I just sanded it cause i looked at the oven cleaner and it was boiling.... Like actually hot bubbling boil... It came out good though

Wait so do you just spray the cleaner on? Or do you need to heat it or somthing dumb question but im new to polishing and you need to clear coat once tour dine with the mothera mag would appreciate some help

You kept it in too confined of a space. It'll heat up. I ate the etching off my fbm crown royal by accident doing that.

I will do that now and will have better pics tommorow. Black rims would look like one of my older setups, ill alsi post pics of that.
