I would like to put some pretty cool 20'' suspension forks on a race bike to make a 4x type of bike,
would there be any consequences for example like headtube being ripped off or the frame snapping because of stress
I was thinking off putting the WhiteBrothers rustler fork on a race frame

I don't think they have 20" suspension forks as they usually come on MTBs, not 100% sure though as I've seen some on really old school type of bikes. Either way it would probably be better to just buy a MTB. Only problem i would see is either the forks wont fit or the front will be raised higher than the back.

I'm pretty sure they make 20" full suspension mtb for little kids. So you could take the forks off of one of those.

Putting suspension on my friends BMX bike worked out okay, he had an old tony hawk BMX(we call it the tony cawk) and he put the suspension from an old walmart bike on it, he said he had to remove a few washers or seomthing to do so but in the end it actually worked. if you are going to put suspension on a BMX you probably wont find some specifically for BMX, your best hope would be to find a walmart bike with suspension forks that fit your bike. Btw at this point tony cawk is a 3 wheeled Bmx bike with shocks in my garage, just thought i would share that.
