ok so i have been workin on a tail whip for about a 1 1/2 weeks and i just cant get the whole frame around and when i manage to get it around my wheel hits the ground and i eat shit

sounds like you need more air... I been working on tail whips too, gotta get the back end higher then you think, it seems the "whipping action" takes away some of the velocity of the air you grab when you go up. Try gripping your bars with one hand turned a little inwards too. (the hand that's on the same side that your whipping) It feels natural to do that anyway...

When you try to "whip it"... Try to hesitate for a second so it doesn't screw up with your "lift off". And learning new tricks on steps is good, but its also a good way to get injured. Try it off road first... Grass is much more forgiving the blacktop.
