so I'm new to bmx and I don't know much english, but is steel tire bead when the part that is normaly made of like strings is steel instead or what does it mean? and are there tires with the part that touches the ground made of steel?

The blue part is the bead.

Steel beads are heavier. Kevlar beads are lighter but more expensive.
