im 5'4 can i ride a 20.75 and feel comfortable if i just pull the bars back.. does the size even make that big of a difference i know it makes pulling up for manuals and bhops harder but its all just getting usted to it right?(im currently riding a 20 inch top tube)

upgrading to 21 inch TT or downgrading to 20.5 inch TT is not going to make a difference

i guarentee u wont be able to tell a difference

well you can tell if the headtube angle is like .5 degrees different on another bike its wierd...you won't notice unless its like a .5" difference
