Hey so I just stripped my axle on my tree hub and I wanted know can I replace with any female front axle or do I have get tree specifically and where can I buy that

Yeah I had the same problem… twice. I saw no sense warrantying it a second time either cause it would probably just happen to me again. I can walk you through the process if you're unfamiliar with it, but yeah helicoils is the route I went.

Basically you'll need some 3/8" x 24tpi steel helicoils (longest you can find, mine were around half an inch long), the tool to install them, the right size drill bit (25/64) and the tap to thread the helicoils which is 3/8" x 24tpi 4F STI. You'll need that specific tap for tapping the helicoils, a regular 3/8" x 24tpi tap would be too small, and obviously the tools to do this. I had access to someone with a lathe so my job was made easy. I'm sure a normal drill would work too but you'll have to be very careful.
