Usually bearings are unsealed/sealed, not the headtube itself. Do you mean not integrated?

a spanish bb and a standard headtube? sounds like it could be a dk department store bike frame. then again, their's loads of different frames out their.

verde an subrosa used to use mid bb(not american, actually mid) and standard headtube. And when subrosa started, i had a letum complete and it had a legit mid bb, not american for anyone who says it was, and it had cups and unsealed bearings. It was weird and also the only time i ever saw that.

Yeah my is a verde an it has mid bb and standard head tube. it's really bad because I broke the cups and now it messed up my headset.

I'd bet it is old enough to be before the Integrated headset took over, but new enough for Spanish BB.
Perhaps an old fly frame? I feel like right when they came about they were standard ht.

Old Fly frame sounds about right. I just peeked over at bmxmuseum and there were some with Spanish BBs & standard headsets.
