Hey Skyeone.. I haven't really been using Vital all that much recently. If you really want to know more about Flatland, Check out www.Global-Flat.com ... It is a Flatland Specific Forum & whilst it can be quiet sometimes there are threads for beginners & ones that explain tricks etc.

As for Frames at 5'3 you really don't want anything over 19" it WILL hinder your progression. Check out www.Flatlandfuel.com

You could go for anything from an Ares A-Plus 470 which is $429.99 to a Mankind Code 2.0 18.5" on sale at $299.99 or even something like a Mankind 2.0 Which again is on sale right now at $249.99 .. What i would definitely recommend is that you avoid Frames with a Head Tube Angle over 74.5 Degrees, Definitely with a Zero Offset Fork & a shorter stem, no longer than 36mm tbh.

Hope that helps & if you need any help with Flatland matters check out Global Flat & there are guys including myself that are more than willing to help.

Stay Cool Buddy.
