Lithium grease is a hat u have been using for 3 years now. I got a tube of Phil wood grease and I prefer it now, pick either

I would honestly use anything that isn't loosened grease. As long as the viscosity (just went scientific on your asses) isn't close to oil, it should be totally fine. Just make sure you grease generously and the right parts.
