I've been using...
661 kneepads
Union shinpads
Try and get the sizes right there's nothing worse than your pads slipping because they're too big, if in doubt get a smaller size than you think you'll need as opposed to getting a size up.
I'd recommend the union shin pads but I wouldn't bother with 661 knee pads, they're pretty much useless once they've been in the washing machine, the cheaper ones anyway, not sure about their higher end pads.

I'm wearing shadow elbow and knee pads. Plus my shadow pads are super slim so they can fit under my long sleeve or hoddie and skinny jeans.

I have the 661 dirt lid helmet. Works great and comes with extra padding so you can make it fit perfect.

I have just bought a pair of g-form knee pads for 50euro, they seem really nice, fit well under clother, i have to crash before saying that they are good or bad though.
