Completely wrong. A 21" TT is for whoever like the feel of it.

I have a 20.666 with a 13in CS and it's too small, I need a 21.

Meh, nothing special because I only do hop manuals and manuals across little areas. My friend has a record of a mile down our town freeway.

^me to, right now my steering is almost too responsive. Probably gonna change back to a 25ish offset.

As for the frame, try some ones 21'' tt, no one here can tell you what you like cause its all personal preferance. I changed from a 20,5 to 21 and i love it. If you decide to go with a 21tt look for a frame with short cs. It will feel so much lighter and easier to spin with but again its all about personal preferance.

get the lacey. 75.5 is like a shorter chainstay for manuals, easier to get in to them, harder to hold

i can manual for miles with my 13.75 cs. i can do like 5 variations of manuals. you just got to practice.

I find short chainstays easier to manual with. Its both easier to get into them and to adjust them. Love my slammed 13,25.

what do ya mean, like the 75.5 will make manuals easier ? like manuals are really hard to get into on my bike, so i want a frame with a steepish headtube or forks which will make it feel steep with liek a 75, easy to spin on and easier than my bike so manuals, and needs to be easy to spin, and not too heavy but not under 4, so what is a good frame/fork setup for this ?

Fit Benny L.
75.5 degree HT for Nose Manuals.
13" CS for Manuals.

As for forks, depends HOW steep you want the front end, you could probably grab a set of Bluesix enclosed forks with the 15MM offset? If not, maybe look for something around 25MM.
