worth it? I can replace certain parts.

$180 does not seem to bad from how this looks. I have a few parts to switch out from that bike, my Cult Sect v2 Forks, Colony Squareback TL Stem, Colony CC Sprocket, Odyssey Generator Wheelset with a Federal v2 FC Rear Hub and Shadow Rant Front, as well as a few others.

The guy lives in North Portland, I am in NE Portland so it should not be too far.

Seems as if it's worth it to me. Make sure there aren't any cracks or dents in the frame before buying it though.

Looks pretty cheap. Find out what frame it is, "fit complete" isnt very helpful. Theres a good amount of Hitensile fit completes. If its a model 3 or sig frame then YES go for it. If not, I would recommend saving your money. Theres aftermarket frames on sale at danscomp for around $200, and chances are your current parts are just as good as whats on this bike, so you probably only need the frame anyway.

Unless it has a nice wheelset on it, but it doesn't look like it does.
