i did both and ive got them pretty dialed. it didnt take long once the tape went on lol its basically make or break your ankle.

Btw I can tell you're getting stressed out with this, if you can't get 180's then go on to a different trick or something, I quit biking for almost 6 months because I convinced myself I would never land 180's and now I'm back with a fiery vengeance!

yah i only had a problem with my back(right) foot coming off but i agree that your too far back, try looking over your shoulder like your trying to see the opposite side(twist with shoulders and torso) that should keep you centered. but so you dont resent bmx go try learning smith grinds or something.

I really hate it when people say J hop.... I could rage all day on why a bunnyhop is a J hop and picking both wheels up at the same time doesn't get you anywhere.

What the fuck is a jhop? are kids retarded, bunnyhops are bunnyhops because they have been bunnyhops since the seventies get your head out of your ass. just as bad as scooter kids not looking where they are going.
